2. Application Process

Visa applications and requests for consular documents are mainly submitted online through the website girafe.ambacongofr.org/index.php/externe.

Depending on the type of application, the user must accurately and completely fill in all the fields of the corresponding online form and upload the required documents.

Before confirming the application and proceeding with payment, the user must enter the verification code displayed on the screen.

After payment, depending on the nature of the requested service, the user must schedule an appointment at https://rdv.ambacongofr.org/.

3. Prices and Payment Conditions

Visa and consular document fees are indicated in euros including all taxes. Payments are accepted online by bank card.

No refund of consular fees will be granted in the event of refusal of a visa or any other request.

4. Refusal or Cancellation of an Application

The Embassy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any application for legitimate reasons, including non-payment, incomplete forms or incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the administrative nature of consular services, no right of withdrawal applies once the payment has been validated.

6. Application Tracking

Users may track the status of their application on the website or by contacting the Embassy.

7. Return or Delivery of Documents

Documents are returned according to the delivery method chosen by the user.

8. Liability

The Embassy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, third parties or force majeure.

9. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data collected through the Embassy’s website are processed securely and used only for the management of consular services.

10. Disputes and Complaints

French law applies to the relations between the Embassy of the Republic of Congo in France and its users.
